Ajang olahraga ini ditutup secara resmi oleh Asisten III Sekdakab Simeulue, Gusni, NM dan dihadiri ribuan penonton. Gusni, dalam sambutannya berharap, kiranya ajang yang sudah terlaksanan itu akan menjadikan semangat baru para pesepak bola Simeulue, serta menambah semangat untuk terus mengasah kemampuan menghadapi ajang yang akan datang.
“Mudah -mudahan, turnamen ini dapat membangkitkan semangat para atlit bola kaki dan juga voli di Kabupaten Simeulue, dan juga kita berharap momen ini bisa melahirkan pemain bola kaki dan voli yang baik mestinya. Ke depan, silahkan bawa pemain bola dari luar, sehigga kita bisa adopsi tingkat sportifitas mereka,”d demikian pungkas Gusni.
Penutupan yang dirangkaikan dengan pertandingan Final ini, memperebutkan Piala Bergilir dan uang tunai sebesar Rp35 juta, mempertemukan tim sepak bola Amuren dari Kecamatan Simeulue Tengah Vs tim Pelordari Kecamatan Alafan yang dimenangkan tim Pelor. Dalam kesempatan itu, pemain tim Pelor berhasil mengolkan gawang lawan dengan skor adu pinalti 5:4 dan merain juara I, sedangkan tim Amuren keluar sebagai juara II. Dengan demikian Tim Pelor membawa pulang piala bergilir dan uang tunai senilai Rp35 juta.
Sedangkan juara III diraih Tim Poska yang merupakan tuan rumah, juara IV diraih Tim Kompas dari Desa Sebe, Kecamatan Simeulue Tengah. Untuk cabang bola voli putra, juara I berhasil disabet Tim RBC Polres Simeulue, juara II Tim Dameng VC dari Kecamatan Salang, juara III Tim Bintang Samudera dari Desa Sinabang, Kecamatan Simeulue Timur, dan juara VI diraih Tim Smong VC Ulma dari Kecamatan Teupah Selatan.
