BANDA ACEH | AcehNews.net – Sat Reskrim Polresta Banda Aceh dalam waktu dekat ini akan melimpahkan berkas kasus pembunuhan sekeluarga di Gampong Mulia, Kecamatan Kuta Alam, ke pihak Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Banda Aceh.
Rencananya, Kamis (3/5/2018) besok, tersangka yakni RD (22) akan diserahkan ke jaksa beserta barang bukti seperti sebilah pisau, pakaian yang dikenakan tersangka dan sejumlah barang bukti lain milik korban yang dibawa kabur tersangka.
Kapolresta Banda Aceh, AKBP Trisno Riyanto mengatakan, dalam surat bernomor B-1482/N.1.10/Epp.1/04/2018, Kejari Banda Aceh menyampaikan berkas perkara tersebut dinyatakan sudah lengkap.
“Kasus itu siap dilimpahkan ke JPU Kejari Banda Aceh, proses penyelidikan dan pembebasan sudah dilakukan kurang lebih 3 bulan, sudah selesai dan dinyatakan lengkap oleh JPU,” ujar Kapolresta, Selasa (1/5/2018) di Banda Aceh.
Kapolresta menjelaskan, tersangka dituntut dengan Pasal 340 jo Pasal 338 tentang Pembunuhan Berencana dengan ancaman hukuman mati atau seumur hidup.
“Dalam proses pemberkasan selama tiga bulan tadi, sempat satu kali dikembangkan jaksa, karena memang dalam tuntutan hukuman yang berat ini harus ditinjau berkali-kali bahkan hingga ke Kejati Aceh,” kata Trisno.
Dalam proses penyidikan, tersangka RD didampingi oleh kuasa hukumnya. Dan selama ini, lanjut Kapolresta, tersangka ditahan di Mapolresta Banda Aceh, polisi pun memeriksa lima saksi dalam kasus ini.
Seperti diketahui, RD membunuh sekeluarga di Kampung Mulia yang tak lain adalah majikannya sendiri. Setelah membunuh dengan sadis beberapa waktu laku, RD melarikan diri ke kampung halamannya, Aceh Jaya.
Polisi pun mengejar tersangka yang kabur. Tersangka akhirnya ditangkap di Bandara Kualanamu, Sumatera Utara saat hendak kabur ke luar negeri. Tersangka mengaku perbuatannya itu dilakukan atas dasar sakit hati. (hafiz)
