BANDA ACEH | AcehNews.net – Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Aceh menemukan adanya indikasi korupsi terhadap 21 proyek fisik senilai Rp233 miliar yang dilaksanakan pada tahun anggaran 2017.
“Dari evaluasi 33 proyek fisik di Aceh dengan nilai keseluruhannya mencapai Rp342,3 miliar, ada 21 proyek dengan nilai Rp233 miliar yang terindikasi korupsi,” ujar Kajati Aceh, Chaerul Amir didampingi Wakajati, Arief beserta pejabat Kejati Aceh lainnya saat gelar jumpa pers di Kejati Aceh, Selasa kemarin (23/01/2018).

Ia menjelaskan, indikasi korupsi ratusan miliar tersebut ditemukan setelah pihaknya membentuk Satuan Tugas Operasi Desember 2017 kemarin. Tim tersebut berfungsi untuk memantau dan mengevaluasi proyek-proyek yang dikerjakan di akhir Tahun Anggaran 2017.
“Sebelumnya, tim Satuan Tugas Operasi Desember memantau dan mengevaluasi 33 proyek dengan nilai keseluruhannya mencapai Rp342,3 miliar dan hasilnya ditemukan adanya indikasi korupsi sebesar Rp233 miliar atau dari 33 proyek tersebut, 21 di antaranya terindikasi korupsi,” ungkapnya.
Semuanya proyek yang ditemukan terindikasi korupsi itu merupakan proyek pekerjaan fisik, baik yang dibiayai pemerintah pusat maupun pemerintah Aceh.
“Kita belum bisa menyebutkan proyek-proyek yang terindikasi korupsi tersebut. Semua proyek terindikasi korupsi itu merupakan pekerjaan fisik, sedangkan non fisik belum sempat ditangani karena terbatasnya waktu,” jelas Kajati.
Dari Rp233 miliar proyek terindikasi korupsi, lanjut Chaerul, sebanyak Rp31 miliar diantaranya dibiayai APBN dan selebihnya Rp202 miliar bersumber dari APBA.
“Yang dibiayai APBN ada empat proyek. Sedangkan dibiayai APBA sebanyak 17 proyek, semua proyek terindikasi korupsi tersebut akan dilakukan penyelidikan lebih lanjut,” tambahnya.
Pada 2018 ini, katanya, pihaknya akan melakukan evaluasi sejumlah proyek lainnya termasuk proyek non fisik.
“Kita juga akan meningkat Sumber Daya Manusia kejaksaan, sehingga kedepan bisa lebih maksimal dalam penangganan dugaan korupsi,” katanya lagi.
Dirinya juga menyebutkan, selama kurun waktu 2017, Kejati Aceh dan Kejari se Aceh telah menyelesaikan 38 penyelidikan perkara tindak pidana korupsi, dimana 27 perkara penyidikan perkara tindak pidana korupsi sedang berlangsung dipersidangan Tipikor Banda Aceh.
“Keuangan negara yang diselamatkan sebesar Rp 7 milliar lebih pada 2017,” demikian ucap Chaerul Amir. (hafiz)
